Austin Sailsbury is a writer and creative consultant based in Copenhagen. Over the past decade, Austin has contributed to a number of publications, including Kinfolk Magazine, RELEVANT Magazine and The Murmur. His most recent book is Dialogues, a collaboration with Copenhagen-based designers Frama and the German food blog Our Food Stories. Despite having lived in Copenhagen for more than six years, Austin maintains the ever-curious attitude of an explorer in his own city. Together with his wife and son, Austin is always on the hunt for new Copenhagen secrets to uncover.
