Steffen Gram is presently DR’s Senior International Correspondent. He has worked for The Danish Broadcasting Corporation since 1976, covering Asia in the 1970s and 1980s, was DR’s correspondent in the United States from 1983 - 1987 and international editor until 1990, when he became the correspondent in the Soviet Union and Russia from 1990 - 1994. He then edited and anchored DR’s weekly International program Horisont from 1995 to 2005 at which time he returned to the United States as DR’s correspondent for the next 8 years.
